Dover Street Market London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all designer tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain products, such as cosmetics, fragrances, and intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and then inside the shipping box, ensuring the RMA form is included and the package is securely sealed.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL return label provided with your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier collection via the DHL website or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to complete the return process.
